  • The Unrelenting Shadow of the Big Lie: Trump’s Assault on Election Integrity

The bedrock of American democracy—free and fair elections—is under persistent assault from debunked claims of election fraud, notably propagated by Donald Trump. This ongoing narrative, termed the “big lie,” recently escalated in Fulton County, Georgia, where officials are taking extraordinary legal action against the FBI.

Fulton County Challenges FBI Over Seized Ballots

Blue Press Journal – Fulton County has requested a federal court to compel the FBI to return ballots and election documents from the 2020 election, seized during a warehouse search near Atlanta. This move responds to Trump’s “persistent demands for retribution over claims, without evidence, that fraud cost him victory in Georgia,” which have been “debunked” by numerous audits and investigations.

Fulton County’s legal filing directly challenges the FBI’s actions, asserting that the federal government breached the Fourth Amendment, which protects individuals against “unreasonable searches and seizures.” The filing argues the affidavit for the search lacked “probable cause,” instead describing “types of human errors that its own sources confirm occur in almost every election — without any intentional wrongdoing whatsoever.” As the filing succinctly states, “The Fourth Amendment demands ‘probable cause’ — not ‘possible cause.’” Fulton County Chairman Robb Pitts emphasized the gravity, stating, “This case is not only about Fulton County. This is about elections across Georgia and across the nation.”

Trump’s Rhetoric: A Threat to Democratic Norms

This incident is not isolated; it aligns with Trump’s stated desire to “take over” elections in Democratic-run areas, referencing “15 places” for targeting. Critics fear this rhetoric could lead to actions “beyond the Constitution,” a concern echoed by U.S. Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.). Trump’s infamous 2020 call pressuring Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to “find” 11,780 ballots remains a stark reminder of his willingness to undermine election results.

Despite a White House spokesperson trying to frame Trump’s remarks as supporting the SAVE Act, Trump claimed that cities like Atlanta face “horrible corruption on elections,” insisting “the federal government should not allow that.” This position directly contradicts the Constitution, which grants states authority over election administration, leading even Republican Senator Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) to state, “Nationalizing elections and picking 15 states seems a little off strategy.” The involvement of figures like Tulsi Gabbard—mentioned as Trump’s Director of National Intelligence—at the Fulton search raises concerns about the boundaries between intelligence and law enforcement.

Ultimately, the actions in Fulton County and Trump’s rhetoric embody the “big lie,” seeking to erode faith in democratic institutions and undermine elections. As Chairman Pitts said about the seized ballots, “What they’re doing with the ballots now, we don’t know, but if counted fairly, the results will be the same.” Vigilance against those undermining election integrity is crucial.

  • FBI Raids Home and Office of Former Trump Adviser John Bolton

Blue Press Journal (DC) – In a shocking move, the FBI searched the Maryland home and Washington office of John Bolton, the former national security adviser to Donald Trump, on Friday morning. The investigation, which reportedly involves the handling of classified documents, has sparked concerns about the use of law enforcement powers against perceived enemies of the Trump administration.

According to The New York Post, federal agents arrived at Bolton’s Bethesda residence around 7 a.m., marking a significant escalation in the ongoing feud between the former adviser and the President. Bolton, a longtime Republican foreign policy hand, has been a vocal critic of Trump since leaving the White House in 2019, describing the President’s mind as “full of mush” and accusing him of being prone to chaos.

The FBI’s actions have raised eyebrows, particularly given the Trump administration’s history of targeting perceived enemies. The Associated Press noted that the Bolton searches come as the administration has opened a grand jury probe into the origins of the Russia investigation, sparking concerns about the politicization of law enforcement.

The raid on Bolton’s home and office is likely to deepen questions about the use of law enforcement powers to silence critics of the President. As a former national security adviser, Bolton has been a vocal critic of Trump’s foreign policy, and his criticism has been seen as a threat to the President’s authority.

The investigation into Bolton’s handling of classified documents remains shrouded in mystery, with few details available about the specific allegations against him.

As the investigation unfolds, it remains to be seen how the Trump administration will respond to the fallout. The raid on Bolton’s home and office has sparked criticism over using law enforcement against perceived enemies of the President. With the 2020 election looming, the stakes are high, and the American public will be watching closely.

  • Dictator Trump looks to purge FBI … first steps to hiding crimes to come

This week, President Trump dismissed several FBI agents due to their involvement in the January 6th case against him, despite the fact that they were merely executing their duties. This action raises concerns about his commitment to law enforcement and adherence to the rule of law, particularly in relation to his own transgressions.

Nine FBI agents have taken legal action against the US Justice Department in an attempt to prevent the collection of information on agents who were investigating President Donald Trump. The agents, who remain anonymous for their own safety, have accused Trump’s acting attorney general, James McHenry, of orchestrating a politically motivated purge within the FBI.  We all know how FBI agents put their lives on the line protecting us.

The FBI agents argue that the directive to compile a list of employees involved in the Capitol riot investigation is both unlawful and retaliatory. They have requested a federal judge to intervene and prevent any further actions against the agents who were simply doing their jobs.

It is concerning that the Justice Department has already fired officials who were involved in prosecuting Trump for his attempts to overturn the 2020 election results. The FBI agents fear that the compilation of this list is a precursor to terminating their employment or taking other adverse actions against them.

It is crucial that law enforcement officers receive support from their colleagues across the nation. We should be emailing and calling our senators and congresspersons to support them in this illegal action against them. They deserve respect and appreciation for their dedication to protecting and serving their communities, not unwarranted termination. Let us stand in solidarity with these agents and ensure that they are not unjustly punished for carrying out their duties.

  • Nazi Germany 1938 coming to America under Trump in 2025

The Trump administration has initiated a purge reminiscent of 1938 Germany, with criminals being released, police being discharged, and courts being ignored. This alarming trend is continuing with plans to fire FBI agents and DOJ officals who were involved in investigations related to President Donald Trump.

Reports indicate that senior FBI officials have been given an ultimatum to leave the bureau or face termination by Monday. This is just one part of a larger effort to overhaul the federal government during Trump’s second term.

How does the dismissal of essential FBI agents contribute to the safety of American citizens? Who will shield us from significant criminal enterprises and terrorist threats? Trump is a convicted felon and is exhibiting behavior consistent with that status.

The recent developments include Kash Patel, a QAnon conspiracy theorist and Jan. 6 defender, potentially taking on a leadership role at the FBI. Despite denying the existence of an enemies list targeting deep state officials, Patel has previously written a book on the subject in 2023.

These actions by Trump will only serve to empower Trump to break the law and trample on the legal rights and freedoms of Americans. It is imperative that we remain vigilant and stand up against these authoritarian tactics. MAGA republicans and voters can’t say they didn’t know as 1938 German voters did. You know and voted for him!

  • Can we afford a lier at the FBI?

Last year, Kath Patel , Trump’s FBI pick, decided to grace the world with his memoir, where he boldly declared himself as the key player in the investigation of the 2012 attack on a diplomatic compound in Benghazi. However, a recent report has revealed that his claims were nothing more than a work of fiction.

The New York Times took it upon themselves to delve into Patels Government Gangsters: The Deep State, the Truth, and the Battle for Our Democracy, where Patel shamelessly portrayed himself as the mastermind behind the investigation. To add insult to injury, he even had the audacity to repeat these claims on a podcast in September, titled “The Shawn Ryan Show.”

Oh, Kath Patel, the hero we never knew we needed. Thank you for gracing us with your tall tales and delusions of grandeur. Your creativity truly knows no bounds.
