Could we lose our First Amendment Rights?

There has been significant concern surrounding President-elect Donald Trump’s intentions to utilize the extensive authority of the Justice Department and the FBI to pursue retaliatory prosecutions against his political adversaries. This is a troubling notion, as criminal investigations can result in individuals being incarcerated, even if they are innocent.
